Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for SkipBoxes bin rentals.
Cancellation Before Delivery
- More than 48 hours before scheduled delivery: Full refund.
- Less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery: Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Refunds inside this window are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
To cancel an order, contact us by email at support@skipboxes.com or reply to any SMS message you have received from us. Cancellations are effective once confirmed by our team.
After Delivery
Once bins have been delivered, the rental period has begun and the rental fee is non-refundable.
Rental Extensions
Extensions are billed per week at the rate listed for your package. You may cancel an upcoming extension at any time before the extension payment is made. Once an extension has been paid, it is non-refundable.
Refund Method
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
