How delivery and pickup work in Sammamish

Plateau winter weather can also bring ice days, and we'll reschedule if the roads aren't safe.

- My family is moving in time for the school-year start. When should I book?
- The Plateau move window is heavy from July through August because both LWSD and Issaquah SD families want to be in-house before late August. Book at least 2 weeks ahead in those months. October through May is much quieter, and 3–5 days' notice usually works fine.
- The Plateau gets snow when Bellevue doesn't. What happens to delivery on ice days?
- Plateau ice and snow days are real, and we'll reschedule if the roads aren't safe for a delivery vehicle. Reschedules are coordinated through the booking notes at no cost. Your two-week rental still starts from the actual delivery day, not the original date.
- My HOA requires vendor pre-registration. How do I handle that?
- Klahanie, Trossachs, and several other Plateau HOAs need vendor sign-in or 24–48 hours' notice. Add the HOA process in your booking notes when you book. If the HOA needs an insurance certificate, flag it there too and we handle that paperwork ahead of move day.
